Cancellation Policy

Email contact@enviebymincey.com if you need to reschedule or cancel. To cancel AND receive a refund, you must cancel a week or 7 days prior to the appt or class. If class is Monday, then you have until the end of Monday's business day prior in EST to cancel for a full refund. Rescheduling (no refund is provided) is available up to 3 days ahead of time. If class is Monday, you have up to the end of Friday's business day to reschedule successfully.
