Pasta Basics 101: Making, kneading, and rolling out pasta (45 minute break to let the dough rest and clean). This is NOT a stuffed pasta class.
REQ: Need a Pasta Roller or Pasta Attachment!
WIll receive ingredient and prep list within 48 hours.
In class: Together we will do the pasta by hand on the counter. If you need for any medical reasons or out of sheer convenience to use a food processor, be my guest. I will be instructing how to do it by hand. Then, I'll use a machine for rolling.
Pasta rolling machine (hand turn) or pasta attachment (required)
Bench scraper (highly recommended)
