Pasta Basics 101: Make the dough by hand. Knead the dough. Make the pasta. Cook the pasta. (45 mins. dough rest; lasagna sheets, fettuccini, spaghetti/cappellini.) This is NOT a stuffed pasta class.

1-330 PM EST Class Pasta Basics 101: Making, kneading, and rolling out pasta (45 minute break to let the dough rest and clean) This is NOT a stuffed pasta class.
REQ: Need a Pasta Roller or Pasta Attachment!
WIll receive ingredient and prep list within 24 hours after payment is successfuly received.
In class: Together we will do the pasta by hand on the counter. If you need for any medical reasons or out of sheer convenience to use a food processor, be my guest. I will be instructing how to do it by hand. Then, I'll use a machine for rolling.
Pasta rolling machine (required)
Bench scraper (highly recommended)
