Make Pasta by hand. 

Let it rest and make filling.

Roll out pasta.

Prep sheets

Fill and form pasta

Let the pasta dry. 

Demo the cooking to finish class. 

Prep List: Precook the meat and chop or pulse finely in a food processor.

Pasta rolling machine

Bench scraper (highly recommended)

Piping bag or freezer size storage bag

Fluted pasta wheel for designed edges
