Mincey is a competitor!
After tennis, Mincey spent 3 years immersing herself in the food sport industry after graduating from Davidson College (Bachelor's) and UNCC (Master's). She won or placed in 18 competitions including Top 10 Brunch in the World Food Championships and being recognized by Michelin starred chefs: The Roca Brothers (Spain).

One international competition earned her Best Dessert with a Salted Chocolate Torta with Tempranillo Macerated Cherry Reduction (2016).
​
​
In 2018, Mincey earned a place as one of Michelin starred chef, Gordon Ramsay's mentees on MasterChef (S9) with a dessert: Spicy Brownie with Caramelized Pecans, Ganache, & Cinnamon Whipped Cream. (oh she fancy, huh?)

Now with 2020 pushing everyone to new bounds, she wanted to answer one more question: How can she safely be invited into even more homes?
